These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Howdee services atwww.howdee.in provided by Howdee Private Limited.

1. Acceptance
   By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Services
   Howdee provides AI-powered personal branding tools that generate creative content such as posts, videos and campaigns from user-supplied data.
3. User obligations
   You must be the person depicted in the selfie or have permission to upload that image. You agree not to upload content that violates laws or third-party rights.
4. Intellectual property
   You retain ownership of your uploads and generated content. You grant Howdee a limited license to process your content to deliver the Service. Additional rights such as public sharing or AI training are only collected with separate opt-ins.
5. Payments and pricing
   Paid features and subscriptions are billed as described on the site. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds and cancellations
   Refund policies are explained on the Refunds page.
7. Privacy and data
   Use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of liability
   Howdee provides the Service “as is.” Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.
9. Termination
   We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. Users can close accounts and request data deletion at any time.
10. Governing law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Bangalore.
